Stages of massage
Before the massage - you can choose the duration of the massage, which can be 30 min, 60 min, or 90 min. If you want to work on specific areas, or feel pain in your back, inform the specialist before starting the massage.
Massage - a session of general massage with special oil, the massage therapist fully develops the skin of the entire body, stopping in detail where muscle spasm is felt.
The massage itself begins with a back massage. Next, the massage therapist moves on to the upper arms, neck, lower back, and the upper part of the buttocks.
Then attention is paid to the legs and the lower part of the buttocks. After turning the patient over on his back, the abdomen and legs are massaged.
