The license for the right to operate under brand to use the trademark, clinical concepts, business models and reputation. This form of cooperation includes:

  • license cost (lump-sum payment) – € 86 thousand.; 50% at the time of signing the contract and 50% at the opening of the clinic;
  • licensee to pay royalties in the amount of € 5 thousand. per month for 10 years;
  • start of payments may be delayed up to two years;
  • ongoing support and consulting support;
  • expertise and training key employees of the licensee: Director, as general manager, or chief physician as general manager (depending on who is the license holder); administrator and nursing home as well as participation in the examination and training for all medical staff and a separate special program of every lizensor depending on the location and other characteristics);
  • branding (advertising) on ??general national forces – the licensor and licensees; licensee’s consent is required, prescribes a separate agreement.
