How the scalp peeling procedure is performed

in the Clinic

Before the procedure in the Clinic, you will undergo trichoscopy of the scalp to determine which type of peeling to use.
This procedure is carried out by an assistant trichologist:

1st stage washing the scalp with shampoo according to the type of scalp;

2nd stage application of means (a mixture of 2-3 components, depending on the type of peeling);

3rd stage exposure of the means for 10-15 minutes (depending on the type of peeling);

4th stage scalp massage for 5-7 minutes;

5th stage washing off peeling from the surface of the scalp (using shampoo, mask, conditioner according to the type of skin and hair);

6th stage hair drying.

How often should the procedure be performed?

Despite the benefits and results of this procedure, it is not recommended to abuse it. The upper layer of the epidermis is renewed every 28-31 days, so 1 procedure per month is quite enough. If you often use styling products, the procedure can be repeated every 10-14 days for high-quality cleaning of the scalp.

Is it possible to do peeling for the scalp with seborrheic dermatitis?

Indications for the peeling procedure include seborrheic dermatitis and seborrhea. Thanks to the use of special components in peeling, the sebaceous gland is affected, the amount of sebum produced decreases, inflammatory processes are stopped and blood circulation is normalized.
