Classification of alopecia
Classification of alopecia:
androgenetic (androgenic) alopecia
occurs in the event of a violation of the balance of androgens, characterized by the appearance of baldness, thinning in the area of the central parting;
nested (focal) alopecia
occurs as a result of autoimmune problems, characterized by the appearance of single or multiple foci of baldness.;
diffuse alopecia
can be caused by the influence of drugs, intoxication of the body, chemotherapy, characterized by uniform hair loss over the entire surface of the scalp;
cicatricial alopecia
caused by transferred infections, chemical burns, physical injuries to the scalp, characterized by the absence of follicles and the appearance of scar tissue in the affected area.

trichoscopy;
if necessary, appointment of laboratory tests (ACC, BAC, scalp scraping, biochemical analysis of hair composition);

if necessary, appointment of additional consultations of related specialists (gynecologist, endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, dentist).
