Procedure

How is the EMS procedure performed?

EMS uses a technology based on high-intensity electromagnetic energy. This non-invasive energy induces over-maximal muscle contraction, allowing for increased muscle mass, muscle tone and fat burning. Muscle contraction occurs continuously and without relaxation, which allows the muscles to work with maximum efficiency. Under the influence of supramaximal contractions, tissues are forced to adapt to this state, developing muscle mass and burning fat. Contractions increase the release of adrenaline, and a cascading effect occurs that causes intense lipolysis of fat cells. The flow of released fatty acids, in turn, causes fat cell dysfunction and induces apoptosis, destroyed adipocytes are destroyed and naturally removed from the body through metabolic processes.

How long is the course?

For women who need to increase muscle mass and change their shape - thigh lift, and belly line. The recommended course is every other day, 30 minutes each time. Course - 12 sessions.

For men who need to gain muscle mass and change their shape, as well as strengthen their abdominal muscles. The course consists of 14 sessions, every other day, for 30 minutes each time.

For people who need to lose weight, busy office workers - we offer a course once every three days for 30 minutes, 20 sessions.
